Bruce's Holiday Sweet Potato Soup

HolidayIngredients
- 2 cups Chicken Stock
- 2 16 oz cans Bruce's Candied Yams
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tsp Cajun Shake
- 1 tsp Original Louisiana Jalapeno Hot Sauce
Directions
- Place contents of can (sweet potatoes & Syrup) and chicken stock into saucepan bring to boil.
- Continue boiling for five minutes, place in blender and puree. Place soup back in saucepan, add remaining ingredients and mix well, cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
- For a spicier soup add 10-15 Casa Fiesta Sliced Jalapenos.
Preptime: 15 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
