Bruce's Holiday Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients

• 2 cups  Chicken Stock
• 2 16 oz cans  Bruce's Candied Yams
• 1/2 cup  Heavy Cream
• 1 tbsp  Butter
• 2 tsp  Cajun Shake
• 1 tsp  Original Louisiana Jalapeno Hot Sauce

Directions

1. Place contents of can (sweet potatoes & Syrup) and chicken stock into saucepan bring to boil.
2. Continue boiling for five minutes, place in blender and puree. Place soup back in saucepan, add remaining ingredients and mix well, cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
3. For a spicier soup add 10-15 Casa Fiesta Sliced Jalapenos.

Yield: 6 to 10 Servings
Preptime: 15 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
