Bruce's Sweet Potato Crab and Cheddar Fritters

Ingredients
- 12 oz Bruce's Sweet Potato Pancake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 10 oz Whole MIlk
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 4-6 drops Louisiana Gold Pepper Sauce
- 8 oz Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 12 oz Crabmeat
Directions
- Combine Bruce's Sweet Potato Pancake Mix, eggs, milk, baking powder, salt, and hot sauce.
- Mix until smooth, fold in crabmeat and cheese.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the deep fat fryer, cook until golden brown.
- Remove fritters from oil and drain on paper towels, serve immediatly.
