Cajun Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 lb Wagon Wheel Pasta
- 1 lb Andouille Sausage
- 4 each Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, cubed
- 1 medium Red Onion, chopped
- 1 medium Green Bell Pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 15 oz Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 16 oz Can Whole Tomatoes, coarsley chopped
- 1 tbsp Lousiana Gold Pepper Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Cajun Shake
- 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley for garnish
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- While pasta is cooking heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add sausage and chicken and saute about 5 minutes or until chciken is no longer pink.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic cook 3 to 5 minutes or until soft.
- Next add tomato sauce and tomatoes and cook 15 to 20 minutes. Season with hot sauce and Cajun Shake.
- Drain pasta and transfer to a serving bowl, then pour sauce over pasta and mix well.
- Garnish with parsley.
Preptime: 20 minutes
Cook time: 30 to 40 minutes
