Sauteed Venison Medallions with Creolle Garlic Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
- 8 2 to 3 oz Venison Medallions
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun Shake
- 8 oz Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Marinade
- 2 cups sliced Mushrooms
- 1/2 stick Butter
Directions
- Heat oil in saucepan over medium high heat. When oil is hot add chopped garlic.
- Add venison season with Cajun Shake and saute about 3 to 4 minutes on each side then remove from pan.
- Add the butter to the pan and let melt, then add marinade and mix well.
- Add mushrooms stir and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes. Serve sauce over medallions.
