Sauteed Venison Medallions with Creolle Garlic Mushroom Sauce

  1. Heat oil in saucepan over medium high heat. When oil is hot add chopped garlic.
  2. Add venison season with Cajun Shake and saute about 3 to 4 minutes on each side then remove from pan.
  3. Add the butter to the pan and let melt, then add marinade and mix well.
  4. Add mushrooms stir and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes. Serve sauce over medallions.
