Louisiana Gold Crispy Herbed-Topped Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp  Almond Slivers
  • 1 tbsp  Louisiana Gold Pepper Sauce
  • 8 ea  Chicken Breast Halves, boned and skinned
  • 8 oz  Swiss Cheese, grated
  • 1 10 oz can  Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/4 cup  White Wine or Milk
  • 2 cups  Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup  Butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place chicken breast in ovenproof casserole and sprinkle cheese evenly over all.
  3. Mix soup, wine and Louisiana Gold Pepper Sauce.
  4. Distribute evenly over chicken, spreading to cover chicken completely.
  5. Sprinkle crumbs over chicken and drizzle melted butter over the top.
  6. Scatter almonds over all.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
