Louisiana Gold Crispy Herbed-Topped Chicken

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Almond Slivers
- 1 tbsp Louisiana Gold Pepper Sauce
- 8 ea Chicken Breast Halves, boned and skinned
- 8 oz Swiss Cheese, grated
- 1 10 oz can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/4 cup White Wine or Milk
- 2 cups Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup Butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place chicken breast in ovenproof casserole and sprinkle cheese evenly over all.
- Mix soup, wine and Louisiana Gold Pepper Sauce.
- Distribute evenly over chicken, spreading to cover chicken completely.
- Sprinkle crumbs over chicken and drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Scatter almonds over all.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
