Shrimp in Cucumber Basket

Ingredients
- 3 ea Cucumbers, pelled
- 4 6 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 12 med Shrimp, cleaned and butterflied
- 1 tsp Louisiana Gold Pepper Sauce
- 1 tsp Fresh Dill, minced
- 1 tsp Fresh Cilantro, minced
- 1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 ea Salt & Pepper , to taste
Directions
- Cut cucumbers into 1inch slices.
- Using a melon-baller, hollow out the center to create the basket.
- Combine cream cheese, dill cilantro, garlic and Louisiana Gold Pepper Sauce.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Using a pastry bag, pipe the cream cheese into the cucumber until full.
- Saute shrimp in teriyaki sauce for 3-5 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Garnish cucumber baskets with shrimp.
