Venison Medallions with Sweet Creole Mustard

Ingredients
- 8 2-3 oz Venison Medallions
- 1 tbsp Cajun Shake
- 6 oz Creole Garlic Marinade
- 4 cups Whipping Cream
- 2/3 cup Creole Mustard
- 1/4 cup Honey
Directions
- For Meat:
- Grill medallions over medium heat appx. 3-4 minutes. on each side.
- For Sweet Mustard Cream Sauce:
- Bring cream to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, for 35-60 minutes or until cream is reduced to 1cup, stirring often.
- Remove from heat.
- Add mustard and honey, stir until smooth.
Preptime: 10 minutes
Cook time: 1 hour
