Lemon Butter Garlic Fish Cakes

  1. Add fish cakes and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  2. Add diced trout to a mixing bowl.
  3. Then add chopped green and red onions; Cajun Shake and breadcrumbs.
  4. Make sure you have enough breadcrumbs so it molds nicely.
  5. Add Cajun Injector Lemon Butter Garlic Marinade.
  6. If mixture does not have enough texture; add more marinade.
  7. If too much liquid; add more breadcrumbs.
  8. Now form into patties.
  9. Add oil to skillet; medium heat.
Yield: 4 cakes
Preptime: 15 minutes
Cook time: 4-6 minutes
