Lemon Butter Garlic Fish Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 lb Trout
- 1/2 cup Cajun Injector Lemon Butter Garlic Marinade (as needed)
- 1 tsp Cajun Shake
- 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
- 1/4 cup Chopped Red Onions
- 2 tbsp Oil
Directions
- Add fish cakes and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Add diced trout to a mixing bowl.
- Then add chopped green and red onions; Cajun Shake and breadcrumbs.
- Make sure you have enough breadcrumbs so it molds nicely.
- Add Cajun Injector Lemon Butter Garlic Marinade.
- If mixture does not have enough texture; add more marinade.
- If too much liquid; add more breadcrumbs.
- Now form into patties.
- Add oil to skillet; medium heat.
Preptime: 15 minutes
Cook time: 4-6 minutes
