Hot and Spicy Roasted Sheep

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Inject roast with 1 1/2 oz. of marinade per pound of meat.
  2. Rub with hot sauce and sprinkle with Cajun Shake.
  3. Place roast on 350 degrees grill to sear the outside, browning for appx. 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from grill and wrap in foil.
  5. Place back on grill until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees F.
Yield: 8-10 servings
