Hot and Spicy Roasted Sheep

Ingredients
- 1 4-6 lb Sheep Shoulder Roast
- 1 16 oz jar Cajun Injector Hot & Spicy Butter Recipe Marinade
- 1 ea Cajun Injector Quick Shake, Cajun Injector Seasoning, to taste
- 1 tsp Louisiana Gold Hot Sauce
Directions
- Inject roast with 1 1/2 oz. of marinade per pound of meat.
- Rub with hot sauce and sprinkle with Cajun Shake.
- Place roast on 350 degrees grill to sear the outside, browning for appx. 15 minutes.
- Remove from grill and wrap in foil.
- Place back on grill until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees F.
Preptime: 15 minutes
Cook time: 2 hours
