Maple Bacon Deer Wraps

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Deer Roast, sliced into 1/2 inch thick strips
- 1 jar Cajun Injector Venison Marinade
- 2 lbs Maple Cured Bacon
- 1 8 oz jar Casa Fiesta Jalapeno Slices
- 1 ea Cajun Shake
- 1 ea Metal Skewers
Directions
- Marinate venison strips in Cajun Injector Venison Marinade for 1 hour.
- Cut maple bacon slices in half.
- Repeat until all bacon and deer strips are used.
- Grill for 8-10 minutes or until bacon is done.
- Next, cut the deer roast strips into the same size and set aside.
- To assemble the deer wraps, lay a piece of maple bacon down, then lay a piece of deer strip on top and season with Cajun Shake.
- Place on jalapeno slice on the deer strip, roll it up and place it on the skewer.
Preptime: 20 minutes
