Roasted Garlic Venison Medallions in a Mushroom Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 ea Venison Medallions
- 1 cup Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic & Herb Marinade
- 1 tbsp Cajun Shake
- 1 cup Chopped Mushrooms
- 1 cup Chopped Onions
- 1/2 cup Chopped Bell Peppers
- 1/2 stick Butter
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cups Pasta of choice
Directions
- Inject venison medallions with Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic and Herbs Marinade.
- Coat venison medallions with Cajun Shake to taste. Bake in oven at 350 F for 30 minutes or grill for 15 minutes
- Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.
- Add venison medallions, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and heavy cream.
- Stir and let cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add pasta and cheese; stir and allow cheese to melt for 2 minutes.
