Potato Party Pleasers

Ingredients

  • 6 ea  Baking potatoes
  • 1/2 cup  Butter
  • 1/2 cup  milk
  • 1 cup  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp  Chives
  • 1/4 cup  Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp  Louisiana Gold Red Pepper Sauce

Directions

  1. Wrap potatoes in foil and bake at 400 F. for 1 hour.
  2. Cut potatoes in half and gently scoop potatoes from skins.
  3. Stir all ingredients reserving half of the cheese.
  4. Fill skins with mixture and top with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 F. till cheese is melted and potatoes are warmed through.
Yield: 6 potatoes
Preptime: 20 minutes
Cook time: 1 hour
