Gold Mango Stuffed Tenderloins

  1. Cut a hole in center of the pork loin with a knife; insert sausage; wrap with butcher twine if needed.
  2. Puree jar of mangos with the juice, then add Louisiana Gold Mix and pour over the pork,
  3. Bake at 350 F. for about 2 hours.
Yield: 6-8 servings
Preptime: 15 minutes
Cook time: 2 hrs.
