Gold Mango Stuffed Tenderloins

Ingredients
- 3 lbs Pork loin
- 1 lb Pork Sausage
- 1 26 oz jar Mango slices
- 1/4 cup Louisiana Gold Red Pepper Sauce
Directions
- Cut a hole in center of the pork loin with a knife; insert sausage; wrap with butcher twine if needed.
- Puree jar of mangos with the juice, then add Louisiana Gold Mix and pour over the pork,
- Bake at 350 F. for about 2 hours.
Preptime: 15 minutes
Cook time: 2 hrs.
