Creole Garlic Buffalo Steaks

  1. Heat frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Inject each steak with 1 oz of Creole Garlic Marinade, then season with Cajun Shake and garlic.
  3. When pan gets hot, place butter in pan and melt.
  4. Put onions in pan and cook onion sections separate.
  5. Place steaks on top of onions, cook on each side for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.
Yield: 4 steaks
Preptime: 10 minutes
Cook time: 10-20 minutes
