Creole Garlic Elk Burgers

Ingredients

• 2 lbs  ground Elk
• 1/2 cup  Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Marinade
• 1 tbsp  Cajun Shake

Directions

1. Place Elk into a bowl and pour Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Marinade on meat.
2. Sprinkle with Cajun Shake.
3. Make into patties and place on grill until desired doneness.

Yield: 4 patties
Preptime: 5 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
