Creole Garlic Elk Roast

Ingredients
- 8 lbs Elk roast
- 1 16 oz jar Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Marinade
- 1 can Cajun Shake
- 1 stick Butter
Directions
- Melt butter in mixing bowl and add marinade.
- Inject Elk roast approximately 2 ounces per pound and sprinkle in a light coat of Cajun Shake.
- Place in the smoker for about 4 hours.
- Preheat smoker to 225 F.
Preptime: 10 minutes
Cook time: 4 hours
