Elk Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 lb  ground Elk
  • 1 lb  ground Pork
  • 1 lg  Egg
  • 1 tsp  Cajun Shake
  • 3/4 cup  Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic and Herb Marinade
  • 1 medium  Onion, diced
  • 1 clove  Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup  Dry bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Combine the meats in a large bowl.
  2. Don't overwork or the meatballs will be tough.
  3. Divide into 16 equal piesces and shape them into meatballs.
  4. Bake at 350 F or fry in cottonseed oil until browned.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients to meat.
  6. Gently combine with your hands or with a spoon until just mixed together.
Yield: 4-6 servings
Preptime: 15 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
