Elk Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground Elk
- 1 lb ground Pork
- 1 lg Egg
- 1 tsp Cajun Shake
- 3/4 cup Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic and Herb Marinade
- 1 medium Onion, diced
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Dry bread crumbs
Directions
- Combine the meats in a large bowl.
- Don't overwork or the meatballs will be tough.
- Divide into 16 equal piesces and shape them into meatballs.
- Bake at 350 F or fry in cottonseed oil until browned.
- Add the remaining ingredients to meat.
- Gently combine with your hands or with a spoon until just mixed together.
