Grilled Duck Breast with Creole Garlic

Ingredients
- 6 ea Duck Breast, boneless
- 1 16 oz jar Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Marinade
- 1 can Cajun Shake
- 1 pnd Bacon
- 1 jar Louisiana Brand Jalapeno peppers
- 8 oz Cream cheese, cut into 6 cubes
Directions
- Inject Duck with marinade and stuff with Jalapeno and cube of cream cheese.
- Wrap bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place on hot grill and cook until bacon and duck are done.
Preptime: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
