Grilled Bass with Red Pepper Hollandaise

Ingredients
- 6 ea Bass Filets
- 1 16 oz jar Cajun Injector Lemon Butter Garlic Marinade
- 1 can Cajun Shake
- 2 sticks Butter
- 6 ea Egg Yolks
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 ea Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
Directions
- Rub the marinade on the filets.
- Sprinkle with Cajun Shake and place on hot grill. Cook until meat flakes.
- Melt the two sticks of butter in a pan.
- Pour the 6 egg yolks (do not let eggs scramble).into the pan.
- Whisk very well and add lemon juice and a sprinkle of Cajun Shake.
- After sauce thckens, add chopped red bell pepper.
- Pour over grilled Bass.
Preptime: 15 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes
