Grilled Bass with Red Pepper Hollandaise

  1. Rub the marinade on the filets.
  2. Sprinkle with Cajun Shake and place on hot grill. Cook until meat flakes.
  3. Melt the two sticks of butter in a pan.
  4. Pour the 6 egg yolks (do not let eggs scramble).into the pan.
  5. Whisk very well and add lemon juice and a sprinkle of Cajun Shake.
  6. After sauce thckens, add chopped red bell pepper.
  7. Pour over grilled Bass.
